These Terms govern your use of LipSync.pro, including our AI lip sync tools, accounts, credits, paid plans, and related pages. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LipSync.pro lets users upload a video or photo, provide audio or text, and generate AI lip sync videos. The service may include free trial credits, paid credits, subscription plans, and creation history.
The service is provided according to available technical capacity. We do not guarantee that every generation will succeed or that every result will meet every professional use case.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your account, password, and all activity under your account.
You remain responsible for videos, images, audio files, scripts, and other materials you upload. You must have the necessary rights to use any people, voices, images, music, brands, or other content included in your files.
You agree not to use LipSync.pro to:
Generated results depend on video quality, face visibility, audio clarity, and the limits of the AI model. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.
Credits and plans are shown on the site. Taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion fees may depend on your country and payment method.
Credits may be consumed when a generation starts. If a generation fails for an identifiable technical reason, the service may automatically or manually refund credits according to the rules in place.
Refunds are not guaranteed for files that have already been processed or credits that have already been consumed. Contact us if you experience a payment or generation issue.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, AI provider changes, or service improvements.
The site, interface, text, logo, and technical elements belong to LipSync.pro or their respective owners. Using the service does not give you ownership of these elements.
LipSync.pro is an independent AI SaaS product and is not affiliated with any open-source project unless explicitly stated.
To the extent permitted by law, LipSync.pro is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions, data loss, unauthorized use of uploaded content, or decisions made based on generated results.
